What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and motivating team members during your shift to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. - Assisting with training and coaching team members to help them succeed. - Managing shift operations, including opening or closing duties. - Addressing customer needs and resolving any issues with a smile. - Supporting the team in preparing and serving our delicious menu items.

What We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry. - A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - A team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and support.
